Looks like dwarf sag to me but not sure.. just make sure the plant isnt buried under substrate. What's ur lighting?

It’s a tad bit buried I have the worst luck with it. The substrate is Ultum Controsoil and finnex 24/7 planted +

Tbh the axolotls could be part of the reason too. They can be a tad rough on planted items.
