i see your signature shows your business is in Pearland...i grew up there. i went back to pearland about a month ago, and i couldnt recognize it. its blown up. it has probably been about 5 years since the last time i was there. i can tbelieve someone hasnt opened up a nice fish store there. could be a business change in the future for you. HAHA. sorry to intrude on your post, i have never kept Vic's but i am interested. im all about Tangy's right now. good luck with your search

The RG's are very timid and the least aggressive species of Vic I am aware of or have experience with.
I think you are going to run into problems adding another species of Victorians in a 55g with RG's, not to mention hybridization problems.

always go for the larger tank IMO.In a 20 gallon id start with 6 multis and soon enough, there will be more then you know what to do with.for a 20 gallon tank, id stick to a species only tank, if you go to a 33 gallon, then you can add in some dwarf cyps.HTH
