55 gallon high tech reef....but even unlimited budget isn't enough lol

if you don't wanna try saltwater then ya planted tank or maybe you could hunt down some nandus nandus and nandus "slaty" and get some leopard cten's and have a planted "stalker" tank.

With an unlimited budget, I'd turn that 55 into a fish highway, with tubes connecting to multiple tanks where your fish could swim all over the house.

I was going to be a smartass and say to encrust the tank with diamonds, ruby's, and gold plate. But I figured I'd start a flame war about myself just being plain immature. I know of a fish high way that connected two 4ft tanks via clear PVC that was pretty cheap.

Maybe a pirate ship, and one of those clams that fills with air and opens up, maybe even a treasure chest.

Or you could do a Demasoni tank with rockwork and tons of Demasoni. A full DIY background made with real rocks. And then toss in some nice moss to fill in the gaps between the rocks and some plants that aren't too tasty to a Dem but look cool.

Then toss on an actinic and high temp compact flourescent to make the dems blue stand out.

Pirate ship??? What the hell lol? IMO I HATE artificial decor. It looks cheesy and tacky. All my tanks have all natural wood along with live plants. I say do an Aequidens tank. maybe 1x Blue Acara 1x A. Diadema and a A. Korias. Maybe throw in a couple Keyholes as well or some cories. Now that would be a very cool and interesting tank.
