  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
loads of fish aside, those poor plecs have nowhere to rest on the bottom and no bogwood to graze on. In terms of health they look good but i should the aggression between convicts can get heated!!

Oh and Headrush did they come back and if so I am interested in the little guy near the filter inlet in the 2 pic and the bigger fella in the 4 pic next to the rock left bottom corner.

uummmmmmm, I still have to talk to them but I'm not sure i'll be able to pick em outta the crowd.

I'll pay for your gas if you drive here...just to watch you try to net those specific fish :D JK

seriously tho... I'll try to see if they'll part with 4 or 5 if you want? I'll do my best to grab the ones you want but honestly the only difference I can see between all of them is that some have more orange/peach coloring on their backs and bellies than others.

then maybe I can talk to the guys at the LFS to figure out how to ship em. What the hell if they're free fish right?

I think there is a mated pair in the bottom right corner as one of the larger ones was tolerating only one other fish close by

hey my mother is in Upstate right now on a camping trip I'll call her and tell her to go get me some cons lol. I'll take 4 or 5 sure. If you can try to get 2 females and 2 males. Never mind about the other ones because I'm sure they all look the same with 20 others swimming around. That would be great if you can talk to the LFS for shipping.

Ok no problem I am not in a rush since I have to make more space for them.(Just bought a Mota lol) Which should be in 2 weeks or so. The best way to sex them is female Pink convicts will have orange/pinkish bellys and blue on the gills. Males will have blueish tint to there fins and the fins will be thread like and long. They also sometimes might have a little pink on the belly but no where near as prominant as the females.

ok spoke to them last night and they're cool with getting rid of 4-5 so...

I'm gona pick out 3 females for you and try to get 2 of the biggest males based on the colorations you described, unless you'd prefer smaller ones. I hope I get it right ;)

Anyway, I'll get back monday mid day and check back in here

Just let me know when you're ready to get the ball rollin'

later :headbang2
