Water damage is another issue though... I am usually leak free.

I would hope so....

I have a 29 set up already, plus if I didnt have water damage on my coverage, I dont think my mom would have allowed me to set it up.

Hi, i have 63gallon tank on the 4th floor and it is ok. But there might be diferent building constructions here in Poland. And also people here safetly put 100-300gallon tanks even on 10th floor.

Hello; At some point a large enough quantity of water to be a problem will wind up on the floor. It can happen in various ways but it is more a matter of when than if. Most of my water problems have been a case of slow type leaks that happen for a long enough time to be significant. A few spills. I have only had two tanks dump a lot of water in a short period of time. I did not plan on having leaks or spills, but it has happened several times over the decades. I hope to be leak free but take precautions. I am glad that I removed the carpet from the tank area in the new house, that effort has already paid dividends. A filter leak put enough water out to be significant and all I had to do was find the leak and mop up the water. No damage to the floor of carpet, just some stand swelling. Good luck.

Yeah of course, I think all people experience problems some time or another. I am hoping to be lucky and not have any issues while I live here.
