Possible? If not its okay I'll guess id have to go with sometimes else I've been wanting to try cichlid for awhile anyways tell me if I can it would be a male fh and female bp great filtration ,35%wc 2times a week . Wadda ya think?

I'd be worried about aggression, I would be worried that the FH would get too big to turn around easily. I would know that without a big ol' sump that I'd be doing 25/50% water changes almost daily to keep the params decent once the fish get some size on them.
I would say maybe if it was a shortbody and they were a pair. I think it would work if it was a male BP and a female SB FH also assuming the male is larger.
Ah its cool I don't want to torture the fish ,I want to breed a hybrid though mostly with a bp but something predatory like a fh anyone see what am trying to get at?
Breeding pair of convict, let them raise the fry in the tank, or a breeding pair of something thats appropriate for a 55.
