You can do a pair of firemouths , and they are awesome. I love the flaring. A pair might beat on the parrot but, worth a shot.

lol i ment trying to breed a bp and firemouth together with some small other schooling fish 2 salamanders and 2 tadpols

I'd think the salamanders would either be food, or be dicks. Tadpoles would most likely be food.
Maybe some Lemon Tetras, or other bigger than neons, smaller than Silver Dollar tetras might be in order..

cut the tiger barbs, use something less nippy like a tetra (maybe black skirt)
