What are some good colorful and agressive fish that would work in a 55 gallon tank(they need to be easy to take care of to)???

african cichlids have amazing colors, you could easy do 8 or more in that tank. the only problem is they need higher ph and stuff. But if u dont mind making sure they're ph and stuff is in range then youve got yourself an impressive tank, i love my africans.

I am looking for pike top minnoiws as a base species but since they are not showing up, mouth almighties either, I am considering pikeheads. If I can't get those I will try for orangespotted sunnies and go from there.

Firemouths,Severums,Rainbow Cichlids,Jewel Cichlids,good start right there.Firemouths are $1.39 out here at Petco.So are Jewels.I guess Petco is good for somthing else besides not knowing anything about fish,especially removal of the dead!!!!!!!!!!!!
