Stand painted and in place, old single tier removed and painting the background of tank

All in place not plumbed up for sump yet tho and sump not in place yet,

Have top tank temporarily running with the last of my bass fry till they get picked up and middle tank no stock in yet, will be moving rays in once the bass go and getting some plumbing this week

Slick looking setup! I really like the tier setup and have thought about doing something like this for a while. Great inspiration here, fantastic job!

thanx mate, ill have to clean up underneath and around lol lots of mess laying around still. And another thing i would do differently if i was to build stand again is remove the middle upright on the front and just reinforce the top front horizontal bar in stead
 
also thinking i shoulda painted top tank blue as well hehehehe and i will eventually enclose the bottom so sump/filtration is all hidden away
 
Do you need to put something under the rack to protect the floor? I guess that is a 500kg+ rack pressing on your wooden floor.

there is some other boards between the floor and the steel frames base, this would easily be 1000kgs if not more, there is roughly 900 Litres just in water for this complete system

Turned out great mate, those bass are quite the looker also! good job.

thanx mate once i move house i will do a similar build but with a 3 tier 6x2x2. I plan to only keep bass in here till they spawn then remove the parents and let fry grow out as i did with previous setup
