Very rarely do i read a thread that long cover to cover without speed reading, in this case i made the exception. Devon, your continuing journey has been a pleasure to read bud. Its displayed an honesty that is both refreshing, & clearly producing genuine translatable results. I look forward to seeing your abilities grow long into the future.

As for the rest, thank you also for your contributions that have made this thread what it is. I'd particularly like to point out J's efforts in this instance. Besides the consistently detailed & user friendly information provided - Your a freak of nature bud, once I can pass on you talking a camera into the bathroom, yet twice, & it make me wonder what the hell your talking shots of...lol

I guess once you get a grasp on it, the logical heading is exploring is expanded creativity, & DIY light source applications correct?

pretty much, these were taken with a folded piece of paper (technically a DIY softbox) over the flash while the flash was pointed straight up, giving a much more natural looking light
i also tokk a few where i held a shoebox over my head with one hand with the flash pointed straight up and bounced it down onto the fish as well

i like some of these, cause the light looks pretty natural
