no i poured 1/4 a bag at a time
i had like 80pounds in my 90 (i was putting 110)
and i poured the next little batch in and it hit the motoro
she fliped out!
funny to watch
she dident eat for 3 days after that

so wes. take it slow do 1/4 of how mych sand ur gunna put in a day.
your rays are mint right now, dont wanna mess that up.
so just take ur time
 
thanks for the tips guys. I do put them on a pail and let the floating sand go.
But ill make sure i add the sand before i do a water change and yes, ill turn the filters off.

6/28 After a week in the tank, i took pics again . This is with flash ...

You can see the swirls has become more distinct. Tiger is eating shrimps and 2 kinds of nightcrawlers voraciously. Its even a bit fiesty as he bites the retics tail thinking its a worm.

LOL hahaha. Its crazy how the tiger was so blonde last week.. last 6 mos for that matter.. David is right.. stress has a lot to due with the tigers color.
