6 fish dead in 2 days

during my weekly water change i noticed the water looking a bi more cloudy and putting tiny white particles in the water. water cleared up kinda, but now i have witnessed several fish (a GT, some barbs, and a pleco) literally swim top speed for 5 secs as if they are possessed, and then they turn up bellyside up and then they die. right before they freak out, then look normal. Can anyone please help me?? i took some pictures so u can see the top of the water, anyone know how to clear this up too?

did you use dechlorinater?

yeah dechlorinated it, but maybe not enough? have you seen this much particle collection from that? and does that casue fish to go insane?

what's your water parameters looking like?

and i dont think i could scoup anything, it is suspended all throughout the tank, the pictures just dont show it

tested the paramaters and i cant find anything wrong. pH is a bit low, but didnt think that would be anything much. Nitrates.nitrites are fine.

how much water did you take out?

put some carbon up in the filter so it can filter out what ever is in your tank. maybe to much chemicals?

I prolly changed 30% of the water. And the only Chems i normally put in is Dechloro. I have cleaned my filter and added new carbon too it, but Im pretty concerned. none of the fish are eating either? maybe some internal disease?
