A 125 would be better than a 150 tall, but neither tank will be good for life. Awesome dovii by the way!

Id say save your money up the water changes and get a tank suitable for him for life so you dont have to do 2 upgrades

Dont downgrade when you'll need to upgrade very soon. A 180 is Far better.
