Hi , currently i am having 6 3.5inches fronts in a 100g tank.As 1 died in the beginning and 1 committed sucide(jumped out from a small space).I added a pair of banana cichlid which are 2 inches now.The fronts are i wont say shy cos they move but not much usually in groups.I want to add something to the tank.
Here are my options.

1. a pair of blue dolphin fish.
2. 2 pair of Clown loaches.
3. or some vibrant peacock american cichlids(they are aggressive)
4. you guys suggest some.

stay away from aggressive fish and I personally would keep a front only tank as they do better with their own kind then they do with other fish. If you were to add something I would go with a synodontis catfish.

if you keep your tank over-stocked, you can put any of malawi or tanganyikan species. Also helps that you've had the fronts in there first, as they will have their territories already made and the other fish will be the new guys. I have one front in my malawi hap/peacock tank and he rocks, he's very laid back and peaceful, but he defeneds his cave effectively since he was brought in when I first stocked the tank.

Its a hundred gallon tank so is it five foot or a six foot tank?

I have Julidochromis, Calvus, Frontosas, Peacocks, Synodontis petricolas and Leleupi in my 125 gallon at the moment.

Compressiceps would work and the Mastacembelus ellipsifer I plan to add one to my tank.

Compressiceps and the Mastacembelus ellipsifer are hard to find here in delhi, India.
I can get malwi's
but what would be the ratio.

add some nice plec's...i kept a LDA01 and gold nigget with my fronts. kept the water 7.0ph. stay away from synodontis catfish...they are bad news.

You got lucky I guess. Anytime I ve seen fronts in tanks down here esp. malawi set ups with more agressive fish, they are extremely discolored and stressted looking. This is not something that I would suggest at all, imo.

I ve seen nice tanks with calvus/comps/catfish and some other tangs.
