I've never seen wholesale prices that low for NGTs in the US. Are you sure you're referring to the correct species?

my LFS I was at yesterday had a 7" IT and a 7" NGT for $350 each, both IMO are over priced but more so the IT because they are the most common. I would maybe pay $200 or so for the NGT.
