LOL...these little...(OK not so little depending on species) fish are rather harmless.
They have a strange habit though of really liking to swim into currents though which can result in these cases of "urinary mis-conduct". Documented (and possiable) cases of this can be counted on one hand

I always find it ammusing in that particular clip that the guy mis-references Vandelline Candiru with Cetopsis right at the end in talking about how it "just eats and eats and eats"
