Try being happy for her being happy, focus on what is good in your life rather than what isn't. It's amazing how far a positive attitude can get you.

so anyways, this is gonna sound harsh so I'm just giving you a heads up first but it's honestly and sincerely meant in the best way
you need to man the hell up. accept that it's over and move on. she apparently has and is probably having a blast with another dude and is so glad she's done with you because the new guy is so much better. 6 months??? wow man, that's pretty bad even for your age. I guarantee when you meet someone new you will think back and realize how stupid you were for hanging on so long and you'll realize how much better the new girl is.
and in a few years once you've matured and grown some, you'll remember what I said and pass it to another young buck that is in the situation you are now
