We dont have like a central AC unit in the apartment. Its the only downfall to this place. Great price, location, nice inside, but the AC is basically a wall mounted window unit and there is only one for the whole place. Lame. Wish it was just as easy as turning down the AC, id be one happy camper.
I gave you a link to that wall unit. You might be able to find a different brand for cheaper. Hubby wants me to buy one, because my fishroom is a lot hotter than the rest of the house & he really prefers not to have to turn on the central air for just one room.
Yea I'm gonna have to discuss that with my girly. I like a cold house all the time for my own comfort, but she likes things warm. Constant battle. Although I'd prefer to keep the bills lower. For the price of that wall unit I could get a chiller and save some money. Trying to Just find a used chiller but no luck so far.
