It is easily possible to get 0's across the board in a cycled tank. Just fail to follow the directions perfectly on an API nitrate test kit.
While I don't see this hurting the catfish (even in the wild they eat just about everything that drops in the water), it does seem like a pointless effort. They don't need it. As a result you end up making a video that is basically someone annoying a catfish by waving around food that it doesn't seem all that interested in (and for some reason feeling that that was worth making a thread about and sharing).
Also, his tankmates will probably start disappearing soon.
lol he loves eating from my hand as do most catfish. His tank mates are fine, have been for 4 weeks. There is a 2" knife in there also. If he wanted to eat it, he would of.
I fed him another mouse today. He loved it. I dipped it in to defrost and he nearly jumped out of the tank going for it.
