how big a tank would i need for a motoro? as far as fish i just want different not the same things you see in every pet store or aquarium it dont matter beefy or sleek... i just want different something new.

You could get a group of tea cups not as fancy as motoros but still very cool.I've kept them in the past their a lot of fun. GOOD LUCK

OMG, thanking lord my son (3 1/2) doesnt do stuff like that anymore (learned his lesson a nice ass whooping., he did give a pair of convicts a donut milk but they didnt care. didnt seem to harm them just kept on breeding

Damn, that is really messed up. Considering the prices for saltwater setups I have no idea how you managed to hold yourself back from drowning that kid in that same tank.

I mean seriously, have you talked to his parents? I mean I would have hard time getting over this.

Holy crap..................Best freind or not I think I may have had a few choice words about thier parenting skills and another few words for the little monster with the koolaid.I bet you wont let him out of your sight again, atleast while he's in your house. If your friend is any kind of decent person he would offer to replace or reinburse you the cost of your losses. If one of my kids did anything dumb like that ,The first words out of my mouth, after the verbal lashing of the child ,would be the immediate offer to replace any damaged items.Sorry for your loss and I hope you have better luck with your next venture. :)

i was reimbursed......i still picture that in my head to this day but now i laugh about it we all do im gonna do a small reef setup now prob a 40 breeder might even set the 90 back up dont know just watch kids and koolaid arround reeftanks :)

How about teacup rays, Hujetas, a few bivibranchia sand suckers, and a few spotted leporinus? It would be an interesting tank that was not what you see everywhere else.

How about a piranha pond to stage the 7th birthday poolparty for this kid?

I got a motoro on Sunday. It is with my 1' black aro and 2' SAL in a 130g and it is really happy because it used to live in a 60g with the same SAL. It swims all over the tank, eats its body weight every half hour and I am really worried because he is freaking out the aro.
