i know people say 3 in a 55 is too little space, however with adequate filtration you will be fine. I challenge someone to show me a captive bred 12+ incher that couldnt trun in a 55

How big will you be getting them at(Size) I wold put whatever amount of 1" ers
then end up with 3 but if you get more you will find your self weeding them

1 if you don't want things that crowded, three if you want some more fish. Not two though. They kinda shred each other.
i just bought 2 RBP's a few days ago- this is what the fish store thought would be best- but- i kinda think hes an idiot- not my normal store for fish, had just stopped in to check out what they had and ended up leavin with 2 more fish- so i guess it depends on who ya talk to- so far these 2 havent bit eachother or nothin.....
I have a 55 with 5 6' and they are doing fine. I even have some plecos in there. everyone is happy!
