I would go with a big school of bosemani rainbows. Chuck the plastic plants and load the tank with cryptocoryne species with maybe wendtii for the foreground and balansae for the back, tie some vesicularia around your driftwood along with lots of java ferns, you wont have to have much light or co2, and your tank will look amazing.

Hmm I already ditched the plastics =D and I want to get more plants but I took out the mopani wood as it was TANNIN MASTER I couldcet the tannins out of it!
