60 gallon tank = 120 inches of fish

Most people who keep them have them in ponds. The other problem with them is that they do much better in a coldwater environment, and none of your other fish are coldwater fish.

The 150g will help but really your stock just needs to be better researched and doesn't flow too well. It would help to know the species of pleco. If it's a common or Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps (sailfin) then you're practically maxed out bio load wise in a 150g with just the two Oscar and Pleco. They would coexist fine though.

As already mentioned typically crayfish don't get along with other fish and could definitely hurt/kill them when the lights go out. Especially the bottom dwellers (upside down cat, glass cat).

I dig snails but when those Oscar get bigger they'll nip those guys completely to death until they're dead and sucked out of their shell or just permanently in their shell and unwilling to move around or come out for fear of getting nipped/eaten by the cichlids.

On the subject of getting eaten, the glass cat and upside down cat will certainly get eaten by one of the two Os as they get bigger. They grow easily 1" a month and will be big enough to turn them into lunch in no time, and will have that 60g outgrown in 2-3 months in no problem.

I'm no pro on bichir but I believe as that guy gets bigger (depending on species) he could likely turn those bottom dwellers into a snack as well.

I know the black ghost knife would be fine in a 150g but I don't know much about their compatibility with the rest of this stock.

how big of a tank would i need for a hi-fin???

As I said earlier the Hi Fin is a cold water fish, mean you can keep it with goldfish and other cold water fish but not warm water fish like Oscars and basically every fish you have.... They grow over 2ft so you would need a rather large tank, much larger than 150.

You are okay for now. But for long term care you will need at least 100 gals.
