Lol. It's because I started to find out the setup I wanted is either illegal or impossible, so I'm just looking at possibilities. I apologize if this thread turned into some "random questions". And yes, I wouldn't mind seeing some photos.

This does not make it an acceptable combination. As usual Eric your lack of research shows. There was recently a thread in the gar forum, ALL the most knowledgeable members recommended against a gar/arowana combo.

As for the OP, your best bet would be to first get your tank cycled. Then post individual questions in the appropriate forum. This way you will have a better chance of getting correct information, instead of a bunch of incomplete, research lacking answers and advice from all the 13 year olds.
