I am pricing out my next tank now.

I know it will be Tenecor for the reputation, since it will be made by tenecor, it will be acrylic obviously.

At this point, I am contemplating wether to get a 3 feet wide or 4 feet wide tank.

The tank will be 8 footer in length. I'd like to get them longer but in the interest of cost, I may have to keep it at 8 ft (Acrylic sheet comes in 8x4 sheet). This will eliminate having to fuse 2 sheets of acrylic together to make a 10 or 12 foot long tank.

I have been trying to imagine how 4 ft tank would look like and just having a hard time doing it. I'd like to get the 4 ft wide tank so I can keep my fish for their entire life, but I am afraid the 4ft wide tank may become an eye sore over time. The tank will be the showcase tank in the middle of the house, so I need it to be more presentable. If the tank would go to the fish room, I can really careless about having an eye sore..

If you guys have a pic of a 4ft wide tank, I'd like to see it..I have seen a 3 ft wide tank but not a 4 ft wide tank..

have you priced out a tenecor tank? i did and i pooped myself! needless to say i am still using a glass tank, happily.
