What u mean no top? u mean the bracing? The bracing is included and there are covers on it.

yes it will fit but u need some 4x4 to prop it up it u want it flush in he back of a pick up. Otherwise it can go tilted.

Sorry I don't deliver nor do I have a truck.

Sounds like a headache anyways.. thats why I got rid of the 4x4 petco turtle tank.. although it would have been neat, it just had too many flaws for repair.

Everything is repaired except that 1 leak on the bulkhead's washer.

Headache for you but it's a deal for any local members.
