I will be setting up my 65 gallon for marines, i will use 20kg live rock and an eheim 2217 for filtration, bacteria colony. I will either keep a picasso trigger or volitans lionfish, would this set-up be ok?

nevermind....

It sounds fine for either one.

The dwarf lion fish is really the only thing you can properly house in a tank that small.
only a couple of the lionfish species grow large enough to be uncomfortable in that size of tank, it just happens that a volitans is one that i'd say just gets too big.

there's still fuzzy dwarf/radiata/antennata/zebra/fu manchu all would do just fine in that tank

What about a picasso trigger?
