Way to small. They not only get to be a larger fish they are incredibly active, adn create a huge bio load. To house one happy for life at least a 125, for a volitan I would not go under a 6x3 foot print the spines just get to big for smaller tanks.
I would say this is completely wrong. All common advice would tell you the exact opposite. Lions can be kept in pretty small tanks. Slow growing, ambush preadtors for the most part. Piccassos get HUGE and swim constantly.

Very correct. Lions can reach 6-8 inches first year. Triggers can sit at 5 inches for up to 3.
Besides, picassos are actually one of the smallest triggers available to the public, actually the smallest if I am not mistaken. Lion fish can actually reach a 17in radius and become wider than a basketball, they don't feel comfortable if their fins don't properly fit in the tank either.
