7.8 Socal Earthquake Scheduled for November 13th

Oh my goodness. Yeah a 7.8 Earthquake is SCHEDULED for November 13th.

I just checked my calendar and I have a hurricane scheduled for Christmas Eve. Hope you all can make it.

I laughed so hard when I saw the title of this thread
With our current technology, there is nothing we can do to really accurately predict earthquakes. I mean there are some signs that something might be happening, but it's still possible for one to pop up without ANY warning. The best thing we can really do is try to make things more "quake resistant" I guess you could say like adding counterweight systems and breakaway walls and things in structures to minimize damage and deaths from earthquakes in areas where they are common...
