7 months later... Update on Texas/Flowerhorn fry

Last September I had posted pics of my Texas/Flowerhorn fry......here is a current pic of one of the fry at 7 months old.

When I gave the fry away someone had bought the mother and father, so I had to keep two for myself.

I ended up keeping two females.....the picture is of the 5" female who has the body shape of her mother...fat belly and all.
The other female is 7" and not nearly as colorful.

He wouldn't want a pair from the same batch anyway,that's inbreeding,and i'm shure he'd want the "grade" to increase not decrease.

I went and picked up three FH/Texas juvies in hopes one turns out to be a male.....that the female likes.

I took a bunch of pictures but they just wouln't pose for me, dang new fish

There are three different ones..... not sure if I am showing the same fish in all the pics....oh well
