Nismo2k1; I called this guy today, we made terms for the fish and agreed. Called him shortly after, and he sold it out from under me!
 
Sorry you didn't get the fish bro. You offered to trade me some fishes, go down to your house see what you had and gimme the rest in cash.
On top of that you wanted to pay me through paypal even though you live a few miles away :ROFL: .
I never promised you the fish. I stated $90 or better offer AND I said I wasn't holding the fish for ANYONE :WHOA:
foodandfish pm'd me, called me, offered the asking price and drove right over to pick him up. Quick and simple! I wish all transactions went that smooth, unfortunately some people like to BS around try to haggle the price down to a rediculous amount. If you really want a fish, next time,just do like foodandfish did and GET THE FISH :ROFL:
But if you do choose to haggle thats fine too. Just don't complain when you don't get the buy. :headbang2

Actually you made me the offer! I asked if you were interested in a Dat. You offered the Dat and 40.00. I asked if paypal was ok and you said yes. We had an agreement and you didnt keep your word! There is nothing else to say or add. Its not a difference in opinion, it is cut and dry! We talked agreed to terms and you didnt follow through!
 
So I asked for $90 on the forum and then when you called I randomly asked if you had a Datnoid and $40 instead? I see....
