He is about 14"' and probably from one of Bigheads last batch of babies.
he's awesome...what happened to bighead? He belonged to cichlidscene right but was studded out through Rapps. That's what cichlidscene's website says but no clue when the last time it was updated. I always wanted to get some fry from bighead.

That was Cichlidscenes Midas Bighead that went to Jeff Rapps. Cichlid scenes website I don't believe has been updated for a while. I would guess to say that Bighead died around 2005. I never thought about breeding this guy but it seems like there might still be some interest in his offspring.

If I remember correctly, around the time Jeff started offering Bighead's offspring for sell was when he had a bunch of WC barred Midas' in as well. I ended up getting some F1 barred Midas' instead of Bighead line
