thanks. the male MM should be going in in about 2-3 weeks. he is just starting to really pound market shrimp. i always like to make sure that any new ray is eating and eating well before i introduce into main stock tank. i will only ever introduce a new ray into the main tank once they are aggressively eating the same foods or at least 1 or 2 foods that i feed the main tank. he is really starting to fatten up now and i think that within 2-3 weeks he will be up to par.

also, the white spots on his underside are not totally gone yet. they are ALOT better and definitely on their way out but as of now they are still there and i am concerned this may be transferred to my main stock.
Are the white spots fungis or Bacterial infection?or is that one in the same? I should say one caused by the other and helped by super clean water? He sure is looken good!!Also i like the look of glass tanks better but for a 4 to 500 what do you recomend?i know wieght plays a big part .

dont know what the wite spots are from.... i would assume it is scarred skin from old infections that are healing. the water and good food helps alot! i also dewormd him thoroughly.

i would prefer glass. its looks nicer and is harder to scratch. acrylic is much stronger/cheaper/lighter.
