nothing too crazy, I want to be able to comm a few of them in the 72 w/o them trying to murder each other.
well id do something like 3 delhezi bichirs, 1 synodontis decorus, and some type of centerpeice cichlids...... something like that would look cool with some nice rock work maybe a little driftwoodwith some java moss or some giant anubias.......... make it look nice some type of floating plant would make the bichirs feel safe 2........
Slight change of plans, my girlfriend's dad said he'll give me a 4" front and a little 2" one for free. I know it isn't recommended but I've seen some of you guys keep fronts with peacocks/haps. Which species of pcocks and haps could work with the two fronts?
With Fronts it's not so much tankmates, although it does factor in. It is more about footprint of the tank. The really need a 6 footer. Two fronts, one being so much smaller than the other, will probally end up getting harassed to much.
Oh I see. I'll try it out for awhile and if it doesn't work out I'll give them back. I think I'm just gonna get a bunch of male peacocks as well, maybe 3-4" see which works the best.
