Well, I decided to ditch the Vieja (I think they're kind of ugly anyway)

They aren't all ugly!

and get a raphael catfish instead of a green terror.

My Raphael Cat is one of the most boring fish I have ever owned. Sure, they look cool, but if they have any place to hide, you will NEVER see them.

I say go with the Green Terror. Sometimes you never know if a mix is going to work unless you actually try it.

That's quite the vieja, but most are a little too lumpy looking for my taste. To each their own though. I guess if the raphael cat won't be making any appearances than it wont be taking up much space, so maybe I'll look around for another large cichlid.

I'm afraid to add something like a red devil or midas as in my experience they're so aggressive it's not even funny. I am espicially interested in texas, gt's, and uaru.
