how deep and what for filtration? you probably dont get much rain in texas are you planning on doing frequent water changes on your back yard pond?

what kind of flathead cat like the ones ya catch from rivers or like one somebody has kept from a fry. i kept a wild caught in a 110 and then after he out grew that put him in a pond that my grandpa owns he was still alive till last year when my uncle caugt him and ate him i was pod like no other.
