75 gal into a creepy predatory tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i dont know if ya want some thing that stays relativly small or not but what about some exodons they are easily kept in schools great color and have teeth not very big teeth but teeth. if this dont work then i wuld go with either a black rhom or a wolf fish.

snookn21 is selling prehistoric monster fish (that is the literal name of them). I don't think they are very easy to keep, but your girlfriend would never think of fish the same way again.

i would go with the wolf fish as well id stay away from the "monster fish" my lfs had them and he said they are very hard to keep all of his died within the first month because he said it was hard to get them to eat.

thanks everyone for the suggestions. I looked into wolf fish, and they looked pretty nasty. I wasn't really looking for a school of fish, more like a 2-3 ridiculously eerie or angry looking fish lol. Definitely taking African Pikes and wolf fish into consideration. Is it true that most characins, like cudas besides getting large, dont live very long due to such strict water conditions needed? oh, and i will also be posting a pic of the tank as it is set up now with the gouramis and random fish in it from when it was a turtle tank.

Here is a pic of how the tank is set up now. I plan on taking the large gnarly awesome log out and cutting the long brand portion off and putting it back in as just gnarly looking part. Right now it has 1 african butterfly fish (so cool), 3 gouramis, 1 barb (my niece's tank was too small for it), 4 feeder fish that survived the turtles ( i have no idea how ), and a 9 in. sailfin pleco, oh also a new senegal bichir i just got that isnt eating :(

Id get a few Piranha's like 3 red bellys or something throw some neon tetra in there for awhile. I have some in mine an still havent got ate they seem to get along. Id like to see the Creepy tank when its done Regaurdless of what goes in it. I got a set up something like that but its not finished yet.

sooo i just figured out you need a url link to post a pic? well i uploaded one onto my profile instead ...
