75 Gallon Aquarium

I've got a spare 75 gallon aquarium here but not sure what to stock it with, I like the idea of a couple of bearded dragons but research suggests an aquarium might not be the best idea? What could I keep in there basically for life that's readily available in the UK?

i use to breed bearded dragon and i kept some in the aquarium. 75 gallon is a good size, you can put a couple of juvie or 2 adult female with little issue. Males will usually fight with other males. and a breeding pair, a female would be bit alot of times unless u have 4 female and one male.

Hi mate thanks for the advice, I've heard that glass is not the preferable material as it doesn't make them feel secure? Also what are they like at climbing? Could they reach the top of my 75 easily?

one of the problems with aquariums is your constantly reaching down onto the beardie. after awhile they may get used to it, but they will be skittish cause of it. The other thing is aquariums are bad for holding the proper heat/humidity unless you get a proper lid. only bad thing is aquariums are easy to get, while unless you can build your own enclosure, it gets somewhat expensive.

my marvin climbs into his vines and sometimes sleeps there. so if you do have vines or anything for them to climb on, make sure it is secure and not too high incase they fall
