It cost me about 14$ for the styrofoam, and 3$ for the cement dye. I already had a bag of cement mix at my house, not sure on the cost of it. It took me forever to get the color right for the mix and to apply it to the styrofoam haha.
Well, it's finally done!! All that's left now is to allow the concrete to cure and the pH to stabilize... and to finish weighing down a stubborn rock (I half-***ed) who decided to come loose, FYI, if anyone tries this, make sure the concrete is thick and the silicone covers everything hahaha. The rock would've been in the empty spot on the left side.

Yeah, the entire rock setup is styrofoam covered in color dyed cement. It's very easy to make, it just takes A LOT of time, waiting for everything to dry and setup properly, but the end result is worth it.
