Well no pictures as of yet, hit another wall. Looks like I am going to have to either get another smaller pump to supplement the main return, or get a larger pump to replace the main return. Frustrating as hell at this point.

No leaks in the new plumbing though, I guess that is a positve note from this weekend...

Its alive. Drilled another hole in the tank on the other side to relocate the overflow higher, and then used the old location as the return from the sump. I still need to attack a nozzle to the return bulkhead though.

Tank is currently running with bleach in it. Then I will do two cycles of fresh, and the some vinegar, and more fresh to get the tank thoroughly clean for set up, which might be on monday.

I still need to get the automatic top-off hooked up, and I need to install my RO/DI unit. Looks like I have a busy day tomorrow.

Nice...I know that there is more to this now...so we should be seeing pictures soon! :D
Yea I would have taken pictures this morning, but I was in a rush to get to work and the tank was still a little cloudy.

Something tells me it will still be cloudy when I get home. I didnt dawn on me how thick a 4 inch sandbed is untill I put it in the tank. I put a trash bag over the sand as I filled it up, but I dont think it worked all that well.

I took some pics anyways. It's still cloudy, but whatever. None of my other inhabitants were willing to come out and play. And I moved all my corals to my 34 for the time being.
