Your stock should be fine. That was the question right. Your tank looks like I wish my mbuna tank looked like. Ill add though I havnt had much luck with cats in my cichlid tanks.

In terms of the cats hiding all the time and clearly being stressed no deaths. I see slow growth as well but it'll depend on the current size I suppose.

i would like to upgrade but there is no room for a bigger tank where i live

as long as it was 4ft long and no bigger than 2ft wide i would not have a problem

The texas may give you some probelms some are relaxed some are insane but if they grow up togather you definatly have a better shot. My lfs had a massive texas with a bad attitude. Killed a male jag both were about 10" but the texas was heavier. I believe she was a female. Anyway she had inase color and was priced to sell but after they told me that I couldn't do it.

love your aquascape in there i think it has enough territories to keep the aggression to a minimum
