Ropefish are wild caught so would so a bit of a challenge getting them to eat.

BGK and many spiny eels get far too large for a 75.ropes, senegal bichirs, leaf fish, upside down catfish, parrot cichlid, black ghost knife, peacock eel, spiny eel, etc. theres tons
I kept bichirs with African knives without issue.Ctenopoma or African Brown Knife fish.
I was going to say the same thing. In fact I've not heard of ropefish getting past fry stage from a person trying to breed them yet. Would really appreciate more info and maybe a contact? yea i'll talk to her about the breeding. i know she told me that she can get them to spawn with warmer water and use bushy plants like hygrophila difformis and windelov java fern. all the info i got. i'll ask her about it when i get back there.Ropefish breeding is EXCEEDINGLY rare. What about some other fish besides some African oddballs? Just want to have a couple options to work with, what have you guys kept in 75 gallons that you don’t see everyday
