finally found a house so it won't be long! Would small species of polys tear up a heavily planted jungle tank? I want to do a 300g high tech planted.

That's awesome news! Fragile weak plants will be an issue because polys can be just so stubborn and brutish. Kinda like water born pit bulls.
The dels are the worst for it. None of my others bother anything the dels like to bury themselves. Just use "planters", I love planted tanks but I love all my polys more.
