So I was thinking if I'm gonna upgrade my tank sometime later in the future I would get a 75 or 90 gallon for the reason that 90 is kinda the most you can go for a 4 foot tank. I was wondering if you guys think 90's are too tall for their length I saw one at my lfs and it seemed a little tall but you don't really know until you've bought the tank. I'm asking this because it's kind of a price difference between $50-$100 and I'm wondering if it's worth the extra money. Thanks :)

If your limited to 4ft length - go 120gal. (4X2x2)
The 24" height doesn't bother me to much as Im 6'1". But, my buddy who is short complains about his 90 being too tall.

If you think it's kind of tall then it probably is.It's all up to you and what you can handle.I have a 120 that's 26 tall and 60 long plus the stand and me being a little short it's pain in the rear for me to constantly go up and down the small stepping ladder to clean it.I didn't think about that before I bought,I saw it for great deal and grabbed it.It's all worth though in the end.If the height doesn't bother you I would go for the 90 as far as tanks go the bigger the better. : )

I'd get a 90 gallon if it was me..

I'd get the 90, but then again I have a 110 tall which has the same footprint as a 75/90 but is 30" and I absolutely love the height. I don't know if I can ever go back to shorter tanks again.

48"x 18"
75 gal - best fit within your budget
90 gal - I would prefer you to get this but it's at least $50 more exp than 75 tank
110 gal - very heavy, and cost about 2-3 75gal tank depend where you get it
