Beautiful Moba Ken!
Thanks Dano, they look better in person; color looks washed out in my iphone 15 pics (iPhone 17 order still hasn't arrived), then the color looks even worse when I upload the pictures here.

As the Moba grow bigger I'm leaning toward triming their number from 30 to around 20. I'll probably wait another six months and see what things look like before making a decision. Though I'm not looking forward to netting them in this tank with the rough textured 3d backround and rocks.

Sounds like a plan mate. Do you have an avenue to sell the ones your remove from the group? Do you have a breeding ratio you are targeting or just wanna select and keep the 20 best fish?
I always catch any big clumsy, or small fast fish I have about 30 mins after lights out using a very dim flash light, or during an 80% wc on the big tank.

The Cayman Islands where I live is very small and for any fish in the past that I needed to rehome I advertised in the popular local buy/sell website and I actually had to give them away free. I can try to sell but that could take ages and besides that the chances of finding a 'good' home (aquarium at least 180gal) either way is pretty slim. I'll just need cross that bridge when the time comes.

I'll be looking to retain the best ones but also trying to keep the m/f ratio around 1m/4f.
