75g Africans with Clown Loaches?

Fish

1 Male Johanny not sure what kind of johanni though
2 Female Melanochromis johanni
1 Pair of Red Empress Cichlids
1 3in pleco

just added 4 Clown Loaches ... i am wondering if any1 has had success with this?

fish are 2-4in CL are 2in

Never kept clown loaches - I have a Red tail Botia (Loach) in with my africans. Not sure which fish have the bigger attitude the Africans or the Loach.

I have never kept clown loaches with my Africans but a close friend keeps them with some Vics and peacocks....they all live in perfect harmony.

Just keep an eye them....

Give them lots of shelter to hide in and they should be fine

all my cichlids eat the food before it gets to the bottom though

The only things I would suggest is have hiding spots for the loaches, they love to pile in together. They also like moving water, and will play in currents like the filter output, or a powerhead. They're really cool fish, but kind of hard to keep when young, IME.

Sometimes loaches can tear the cichlids fins because they have those tenticle type things by there mouths, they mostly strike when the tank lights are out

I have clown loaches in with my mbuna.Put them in as i had a snail problem.They get along fine in the tank and have had no problems at all.They can handle themselves

They move to fast for the cichlids in my tank.
