75g bichir tank stocking?

Should work out. Make sure the rocket gar is large. Make sure there are decor or plants(real or fake) on the sides of the tank. Make sure there’s a lid. Otherwise the rocket gar will hit the glass.

I'd say that is light to moderate stocking. Another uj poly like polli or Palmas. Butterfly fish? Depending on del size maybe Congo tetras my males got quite big and if I still had them don't think my dels could eat them.
 
Yes. Lucky on the retro I can't find them locally at all. In fact I get weird comments when I ask for them. Retros tend to hide alot is the only issue with them.
