I heart this tank. P.S. are you gonna put a substrate item of any kind in? If so may I suggest 3m colorquartz.
I will stay bare bottom at this stage. The way the current plumbing is set up, it creates a good flow which brings all the debris back to the bottom left hand side. What isn't picked up by the filters is easily removed when doing a water change in one spot without having to vac the whole tank. It makes for easy maintenance:)

Easy maintenance is the name of the game...the easier it is, the more likely it will get done on time, I have found...:headbang2;)

Oh and by the way,
I would please like to "adopt" this handsome gem!! PLEASE!!?!

Great tank, i have learnt heaps for my ply wood build by reading this thread. I will most likely use the same fiberglass/epoxy method as you with the colouring pigmant in the epoxy. Your fish are amazing, i live not far from Brisbane (Sunshine Coast) what aquarium do you favour? I tend to go to Ultimate aquarium in morayfield or Smith's in Boondall.

you have a nice set up and a great gift for detail on the project and hope you well on the upkeep of this monster tank
