There are lots of acara that get 6 or 7 inches that would do the job.
Species like dimerus, portalegrensis or pulcher would be ideal.
That could be a problem if HITH arises. I think.I keep and oscar and a green severum in my 75g. I've had them going on 4yrs and put them together as little guys. I can maintain no more than 20ppm nitrates with one weekly fin-level WC.
That would be cool+1 on the acaras and those closely related... You've got a wide variety between Andinoacara and the Aequidens family! Also, Jeff Rapps has some rare and undescribed Andinoacaras in stock that I think would look great in a well arranged 75g
