weirdfishlover, I bought this fish on March 28, 2012 from the local fish store. It was around 3-3.5" at the time.
At the moment it lives in a 125G tank with a few rainbowfish and one small severum for company. I feed it Hikari Cichlid Gold and Hikari Krill. The tank gets a 90% water change once a week. Filtration consists of two Fluval FX5 canister filters.

Not sure about NightStorm's but mine is constantly on the look out for me and food. A bit Oscar like in that regard. I think that most Pearsei owners would class them as pretty owner responsive fish. Maybe not quite as interactive as my old Midas in my Avatar but pretty close.
